Renovation Project Completed – The Riverview Public House, Birkenhead

RCL Building Services are pleased to announce the completion of a major building renovations project in Birkenhead – The Riverview Public House.

The building renovation project in Birkenhead saw extensive external renovations to the roof  and front and side elevations of the public house premises. The renovations consisted of :

• Repairs to the roof covering
• Repair and replacing guttering
• Renovation work to the gable ends
• Render and plastering of the chimney stacks
• Addition of an external hopper
• Improvements to external pipework
• Replacement of windows
• Painting of building exterior
• Internal renovations
• Decorating of living quarters
• Installation of floor strapping and repairs to sash windows

The Riverview Public House is the latest building project to be completed by RCL Building Services.
