Extensive works in a period property on behalf of Grosvenor Estates

RCL Construction has undertaken . Eccleston Paddocks (or The Paddocks) is a large house in the village of Eccleston, Cheshire. It is recorded as a designated Grade II* listed building. The house has 2½ storeys and a basement. The basement and ground floor are in red sandstone with horizontal bands of lighter stone.

This substantial contract was started in July 2014 and was completed in November 2014. The building works comprised of a complete internal refurbishment.
