Building Works Completed – The Exchange, Chester

RCL Building Services are pleased to announce the completion of a major new office refurbishment at The Exchange, Chester.

The works included extensive refurbishments ensuring that the office refurbishments were completed to the very highest quality standards. The building refurbishment included:

• Raised floor alterations
• Suspended ceiling works
• Kitchen and shower installations and tiling and decoration
• Modifications to existing air conditioning
• Electrical works – remodelling power, data points, additional light circuits and new light fittings
• Installation of water detection sensors and fire and intruder alarms
• Installation of acoutsic flooring
• Supply and fit new doors, skirting and flooring
• Plastering and decoration throughout
• Supply and fit of new office signage

The Exchange Chester is one of many projects that RCL Building Services is currently completing.
