1539 Restaurant

RCL have over the last few years carried out various projects for Chester Racecourse. We were proud to work in partnership with the Racecourse and its design teams to create the new 1539 Restaurant between the 2007 and 2008 race seasons. Works commenced in late October and were completed in April the following Year.

Owners and Trainers Pavillion

The Owners and Trainers Pavilion was a project we completed simultaneously with the 1539 Restaurant for Chester Racecourse. Both projects were completed to the highest quality inside a 20 week timeframe to ensure completion for the beginning of the 2008 race season.

Knutsford Crown Court

RCL carried out the complete refurbishment of Knutsford Crown Court. Works completed included the following: complete rewiring, a new heating system, complete re-roofing various alterations to provide more facilities to staff and the public, restoration of the ornate ceilings in the Court rooms, complete redecoration and carpeting.

Pre-Parade Ring, Saddling Boxes and Champagne Bar

As part of its continued and ambitious programme of improvements to the facilities for race goers Chester Racecourse engaged our services to build the new saddling boxes with shower, toilets and veterinary facilities. In addition we also altered and extended the champagne bar to overlook the pre parade ring and installed canopies.
